The Cyber Threat Intelligence Council (CTIC) is a UK-registered professional body dedicated to advancing the discipline of cyber threat intelligence, security operations, and digital forensics through structured certification.
CTIC is designed for cybersecurity professionals — including threat analysts, SOC operators, incident responders, forensic investigators, and security architects — who want to validate their expertise against internationally recognised standards.
CTIC is headquartered in the United Kingdom. Cyber Threat Intelligence Council Ltd. is registered in England and Wales and operates in alignment with UK regulatory and data protection standards (UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018).
Like EC-Council and CompTIA, CTIC is a vendor-neutral certification body focused on practical cybersecurity competency. Key distinctions include UK-based governance and specialised focus on CTI and SOC operations.
CTIC is currently in the process of seeking formal accreditation through recognised UK and international bodies. Our governance policies and code of ethics are publicly available for review.
